Passport Submission


DISCLAIMER:
For all international trips, we must receive a clear, unobstructed photo of the passport photo page for every passenger at least 72 hours before your scheduled charter. Passport images should be sent by email to info@calypsovi.com.

Please note:

  • If passports are not received 72 hours prior to your trip, a $25 fee per missing passenger passport will be charged.

  • Bookings made within 72 hours of departure require passports to be submitted immediately at the time of booking, or charges will apply.

  • All passports must be submitted from the email address on file and must be provided together in one file or email.

  • If we do not receive all required passports, we will unfortunately be unable to allow you to board for your trip.

  • PLEASE REMEMBER TO BRING YOUR PHYSICAL PASSPORT WITH YOU ON THE DAY OF THE TRIP.
    You will not be permitted aboard without it — no exceptions.
