We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. That's why we have a flexible cancellation policy for bookings. Keep in mind however, each vessel and the type of trip are subject to different cancellation policies.

• 48 Hours - Group Charters

• 7 Days for Cat5 or Tropicat (Private)

• 30 Days for Calypso and Bad Kitty (Private)

If you find yourself in a situation where you need to cancel your reservation within this timeframe, simply reach out to us via phone (340-777-7245) or email (info@calpysovi.com), and we will assist you in the process. While we cannot guarantee a full refund for last-minute cancellations, we will work closely with you to find the best possible solution. We believe in providing our customers with the utmost convenience and understanding, even in the face of unforeseen circumstances.
